MobieTrain revolutionises workplace learning with a mobile-first, micro-learning platform. We help retailers including BMW, Swarovski, Zara and Ahold to boost business performance and employee engagement through gamification in an intuitive app. Already working with enterprise retailers and 10.000 users today, we will scale into other industries including food & beverage and financial services in order to achieve the ambitious goal of 100.000 users in 2019.

In close collaboration with CMO, marketing colleagues and specialised agencies, you will be actively involved in:

  • Setup of high impact, go-to market marketing strategy in B2B-sector
  • Developing and executing a communication and conversion strategy with strong focus on digital media (socials, SEO, SEA, Adwords, Analytics, automation,…)
  • Creating relevant content for building Mobietrain brand awareness and raising interest in the European market (whitepapers, blog, website,…)
  • Organizing and follow-up exhibition presence
  • Crafting sales supporting materials (briefs, pitches, releases, videos, blog etc)
  • Setup, monitoring and interpreting strategical dashboarding


  • You have a relevant degree in marketing or communication
  • You have built or want to build up ABM experience and you love technology
  • You will bring creativity to the table and come up with new ideas and concepts
  • You are autonomous in finding solutions to problems
  • You like crunching the numbers and understanding what they mean
  • You have lots of energy, you want to learn and you are committed to succeeding
